Karakteristik Pasien Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma Di RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda

Kanker paru merupakan kanker penyebab kematian tertinggi di dunia. Non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) adalah tipe kanker paru terbanyak yang terbagi menjadi tiga subtipe. Berdasarkan gambaran patologi anatominya dibagi menjadi adenokarsinoma, squamous cell carcinoma (SCC), dan large cell carcinoma. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien NSCLC di RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda tahun 2023 berdasarkan jenis kelamin, usia, indeks massa tubuh (IMT), riwayat penyakit paru, keluhan utama, subtipe patologi anatomi dan stadium. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling pasien yang didiagnosis NSCLC di RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie Samarinda tahun 2023. Dari 133 data pasien NSCLC didapatkan mayoritas jenis kelamin laki-laki (69,9%), kelompok usia 40-59 tahun (52,6%), IMT normal (55,6%), riwayat penyakit tuberkulosis (9%) dan tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit paru (86,5%), keluhan utama sesak napas (36,8%), ukuran nodul berdasarkan gambaran CT scan >30 mm (72,9%), subtipe patologi anatomi adenokarsinoma (53,4%) dan stadium IVA (25,6%). Disimpulkan pada penelitian bahwa mayoritas pasien NSCLC merupakan laki-laki, kelompok usia 40-59 tahun, IMT normal, tidak memiliki riwayat penyakit paru, keluhan utama sesak napas, ukuran nodul >30mm, dan stadium IVA.
