Hubungan Intensitas Membaca Al-Qur'an Terhadap Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Pasien Pasca Stroke

Kecemasan pascastroke sering terjadi dan dapat menghambat pemulihan, sementara bukti kuantitatif tentang hubungan intensitas membaca Al-Qur’an dengan kecemasan pada pasien pascastroke rawat jalan masih terbatas. Penelitian potong-lintang analitik ini melibatkan 82 pasien dewasa pascastroke rawat jalan di RS Roemani Muhammadiyah Semarang. Intensitas membaca Al-Qur’an diukur menggunakan kuesioner swaberisi yang mencakup frekuensi dan durasi untuk membentuk skor komposit, sedangkan kecemasan diukur dengan Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale–Anxiety (HADS-A; rentang 0–21). Hubungan antara intensitas membaca dan kecemasan dianalisis menggunakan korelasi peringkat Spearman dengan α = 0,05. Terdapat korelasi negatif bermakna antara intensitas membaca Al-Qur’an dan kecemasan (r_s = −0,334; p = 0,002), yang menunjukkan bahwa intensitas membaca yang lebih tinggi terkait dengan skor kecemasan yang lebih rendah pada pasien pascastroke. Temuan ini mendukung potensi membaca Al-Qur’an sebagai adjuvan psiko-spiritual dalam perawatan pascastroke. Namun, desain cross sectional dan pengukuran swaberisi membatasi penarikan kausalitas. Diperlukan studi longitudinal atau intervensi multisenter untuk mengonfirmasi efektivitas dan merumuskan protokol klinis.
