Hasil Perbandingan Kerapatan Dosis Bakteri Streptoccocus agalactiae Terhadap Keberhasilan Pembuatan Tikus Model Aerobic Vaginitis

Aerobic vaginitis merupakan kondisi infeksi pada vagina, yang merangsang respon inflamasi yang tinggi, dan sulit diobati akibat meningkatnya masalah resistensi antibiotika. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengetahui dosis bakteri Streptococcus agalactiae yang tepat agar dapat membuat tikus kondisi aerobic vaginitis. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah experimental dengan repeated measures design. Tikus Rattus terdiri dari dua kelompok. Kelompok pertama, terdiri dari 4 ekor tikus (1a, 2a, 3a, 4a) yang diberikan treatment dexamethasone 5 mg/kg sebanyak 0,1 mg/kg selama 3 hari dengan dosis GBS adalah 1x108 CFU/ml dan di diagnosa pada hari kedua (48 jam) dengan dosis yang berbeda-beda. Kelompok kedua terdiri dari 4 ekor tikus ((5a, 6a, 7a, 8a) dengan perlakuan yang sama tetapi diagnosa AV dilakukan pada hari ke 4. Hasil penelitian Dosis GBS yang dapat membentuk Aerobic Vaginitis pada tikus Rattus norvegicus adalah dosis 1x108 CFU/ml yang didiagnosa pada hari ke empat dibandingkan hari ke dua.
