Hubungan Nilai NLR Dengan Kadar HS-CRP Pada Pasien Talasemia Beta Mayor Anak Di RSUD Pringsewu

Pasien talasemia beta mayor sering mengalami inflamasi kronis terjadi akibat peningkatan kadar zat besi karena transfusi darah yang dilakukan secara rutin oleh pasien, sehingga dapat mengaktifkan sistem imun serta memicu mediator inflamasi. Inflamasi ini dapat dinilai dengan parameter inflamasi, termasuk Neutrophil lymphocyte ratio (NLR) dan high sensitivity c- reactive protein (hs-CRP). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara nilai NLR dengan kadar hs-CRP pada pasien talasemia beta mayor di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pringsewu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan metode analitik observasional dengan desain cross sectional.  Hasil yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini yaitu pada 53 sampel yang didapatkan sebanyak 27 responden laki- laki dan 36 perempuan. Usia yang mendominasi pada kategori anak- anak (6-11 tahun) sebanyak 24 respoden. Pada uji korelasi spearman didapatkan p-value sebesar 0,533 yang lebih besar dari taraf signifikansi 0,05 (0,533 > 0,05) mengindikasikan bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara nilai NLR dengan kadar hs-CRP pada pasien talasemia beta mayor di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Pringsewu.
