Trend Inhalation Low Flow In General Anesthetic

Inhalation Low  Flow merupakan  salah  satu  metode  dibidang  anestesi  yang  sering  digunakan  dalam berbagai  tindakan  medis. perkembangan  metode  anestesi  telah  mengalami  berbagai perubahan, perkembangan, dan penyesuaian dari tahun ketahunnya dari  era  penggunaan  eter,  metode  open-drop, metode semi-close dan close system. Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana perkembangan  dan  perbedaan  frekuensi  penggunaan  metode  anestesi  inhalasi low flow di dunia. Desain  penelitian  yang  digunakan  pada  penelitian  ini  adalah  bibliometrix  analysis  yang diolah dengan aplikasi Rstudio dengan sumber data diambil dari data cxabase  PubMed. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan mencari kata kunci yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini yaitu kunci "Inhalation Low Flow, Low Flow Anesthetic dan General Anesthetic". Dari hasil ekstraksi data Rstudio dengan menganalisis 906 artikel  yang telah dipublikasi dari database pubmed dengan  rentang  waktu  dari  tahun 1993 hingga  2024 di dapatkan hasil Terdapat perkembangan  dan  perbedaan  intensitas penggunaan tiap  tahunnya  di  berbagai  belahan  dunia.  Dapat  dilihat  dari jumlah  artikel yang  dipublikasikan. Amerika  Serikat  adalah  negara  dengan  publikasi  terbanyak dengan  861  artikel. Selain itu, topik yang potensial untuk publikasi dan masih jarang dilakukan, di antaranya ada topik terkait Child, Randomized controlled trails as topic, Adolescent, Coronary angiography dan lain-lain.
