PENGARUH PEMBERIAN +dalethyne TERHADAP JUMLAH FIBROBLAST PADA LUKA PUNGGUNG TIKUS PUTIH (Rattus norvegicus) YANG DIINFEKSI Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Salah satu patogen nosokomial yang dapat menginfeksi pasien yang di rawat di rumah sakit adalah Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Beberapa penelitian menunjukan bahwa peningkatan  insiden  infeksi  oleh Pseudomonas aeruginosa pada pasien rumah sakit diikuti pula oleh peningkatan kejadian resistensi terhadap berbagai antibiotik. Salah satu senyawa yang diklaim dapat membunuh bakteri pada infeksi nosokomial dan mempercepat penyembuhan luka pada kulit ialah +dalethyne. +dalethyne adalah pecahan kandungan minyak zaitun menjadi zat baru antara lain aldehyde, asam palmitat, asam steorat, asam oleat, asam linoleat dan myristicine. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran +dalethyneterhadap penyembuhan luka pada infeksi nosokomial. Penelitian yang berjenis eksperimental ini secara spesifik mengamatijumlah fibroblast dengan metode hematoxylin eosin. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu Pemberian topikal +dalethynecenderung meningkatkan jumlah fibroblast pada hari ke 4 (256) dan menurun pada hari ke6 (118), disebabkan oleh perbedaan perilaku dan fisiologis tikus pada tikus kelompok hari ke4 dan ke6.
