Efektivitas Logoterapi Medical Ministry Dalam Menurunkan Kecemasan Dan Depresi Pada Pasien Penyakit Ginjal Kronik Yang Menjalani Hemodialisis

Studi eksperimental ini menggunakan desain pra-pasca uji dengan kelompok kontrol yang melibatkan 28 pasien penyakit ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisis. Partisipan dibagi menjadi kelompok intervensi yang menerima empat sesi logoterapi medical ministry dan kelompok kontrol yang menerima perawatan standar. Kecemasan dan depresi dinilai menggunakan Skala Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS), dan Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS). Hasil menunjukkan penurunan yang signifikan pada skor kecemasan dan depresi pada kelompok intervensi dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol (p < 0,001). Logoterapi medical ministry efektif dalam mengurangi kecemasan setelah sesi kedua dan depresi setelah sesi pertama.
