Hubungan Tingkat Stres Menghadapi OSCE dengan Kejadian Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease (GERD) pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Muhammadiyah Semarang

Prevalensi GERD pada mahasiswa kedokteran sebanyak 15,2%. Tingkat stres mahasiswa kedokteran mencapai angka 88,9%. Mahasiswa kedokteran rentan mengalami GERD salah satunya karena stres menghadapi ujian. Salah satu ujian mahasiswa kedokteran yang dianggap memiliki stresor yang lebih tinggi yaitu Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE). Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan stres menghadapi OSCE dengan kejadian GERD pada mahasiswa FK UNIMUS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Responden adalah mahasiswa FK UNIMUS angkatan 2022 semester 5 sebanyak 106 orang dengan teknik total sampling. Kuesioner yang digunakan untuk menilai stres menghadapi OSCE yaitu Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42 dan Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease Questionnaire untuk mengetahui kejadian GERD. Data diuji menggunakan uji chi square. Dari 106 responden penelitian, 27,4% mengalami stres dan 10,4% menderita GERD. Hasil uji chi square didapatkan nilai p=0,001 (p<0,05) yang artinya meskipun angka kejadian GERD tergolong kecil tetapi memiliki hubungan dengan stres menghadapi OSCE. Kesimpulannya adalah terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara stres menghadapi OSCE dengan kejadian GERD pada mahasiswa FK UNIMUS.
