Karakteristik Balita Stunting Berdasarkan Faktor Anak, Rumah Tangga, Dan Komunitas Di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Moyudan

Stunting tetap menjadi permasalahan kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di Indonesia, dengan prevalensi nasional 19,8% pada tahun 2024, yang menunjukkan bahwa target penurunan menjadi 14% belum tercapai. Stunting mencerminkan malnutrisi kronis yang memengaruhi pertumbuhan fisik, perkembangan kognitif, dan produktivitas jangka panjang anak. Penelitian mengenai profil determinan stunting pada tingkat pelayanan primer masih terbatas, khususnya berdasarkan kerangka determinan WHO, yakni faktor anak, rumah tangga, dan komunitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggambarkan karakteristik balita stunting di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Moyudan tahun 2024 berdasarkan ketiga faktor tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan desain deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data sekunder hasil pencatatan rutin tahun 2024, menggunakan teknik total sampling pada 72 balita yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Dari faktor anak, sebagian besar memiliki asupan gizi tidak adekuat (91,7%), tidak mendapat ASI eksklusif (23,6%), memiliki riwayat berat badan lahir rendah (18,1%), dan kelahiran prematur (2,8%). Dari faktor rumah tangga, 25% ibu mengalami kekurangan energi kronis dan 11,1% mengalami kehamilan tidak diinginkan. Dari faktor komunitas, seluruh balita memiliki akses air bersih, sanitasi, dan imunisasi dasar lengkap; namun 55,5% terpapar asap rokok dan 19,4% tidak memiliki jaminan kesehatan. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan intervensi gizi dan kolaborasi lintas sektor untuk menurunkan stunting.
