Anemia Dan Infeksi Oportunistik Pada Pasien Dengan HIV: Sebuah Studi Deskriptif

Anemia merupakan komplikasi hematologis yang sering ditemui pada pasien dengan HIV yang dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, termasuk infeksi oportunistik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan kejadian anemia berdasarkan jumlah dan jenis infeksi oportunistik pada pasien dengan HIV. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain deskriptif cross-sectional dengan menggunakan data rekam medik pasien dengan HIV yang dirawat inap di RSUD Abdoel Wahab Sjahranie tahun 2020 – 2024. Total sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 111 sampel dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Variabel independen berupa jumlah dan jenis infeksi oportunistik, sedangkan variabel dependen berupa kejadian anemia. Data disajikan dalam bentuk frekuensi dan persentase. Hasil menunjukkan sebanyak 93 dari 111 (83,8%) pasien mengalami anemia, dengan proporsi terbesar pada pasien tanpa terinfeksi infeksi oportunistik (87,7%). Ditinjau berdasarkan jenisnya, mayoritas pasien dengan HIV terinfeksi tuberkulosis dan mengalami anemia sebanyak 20 pasien (83,3%). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah Anemia merupakan kondisi yang umum ditemukan pada pasien HIV, terlepas dari adanya infeksi oportunistik, dengan tuberkulosis sebagai infeksi oportunistik yang paling sering ditemukan.
