Hubungan Jenis Kemoterapi Terhadap Kejadian Chemotherapy Induced Peripheral Neuropathy (CIPN) Pada Pasien Kanker Di Rsud Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung

Kemoterapi merupakan salah satu modalitas utama dalam penatalaksanaan kanker, namun penggunaannya sering menimbulkan efek samping, salah satunya chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN), yang dapat menurunkan kualitas hidup serta mengganggu keberlanjutan terapi. Kejadian CIPN bervariasi dan dipengaruhi oleh jenis agen kemoterapi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara jenis kemoterapi dengan kejadian CIPN pada pasien kanker di RSUD Abdul Moeloek tahun 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional terhadap 78 pasien kanker yang menjalani kemoterapi. Analisis statistik menggunakan uji Chi-square untuk menilai hubungan antara jenis kemoterapi dan kejadian CIPN. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien berusia 46–59 tahun (53,8%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (75,6%), dan didominasi oleh kanker payudara (52,6%). Mayoritas pasien menerima kombinasi kemoterapi neurotoksik dan non-neurotoksik (52,6%), dengan kejadian CIPN terbanyak pada kategori ringan (84,6%). Uji Chi-square menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kemoterapi dan kejadian CIPN (p = 0,002). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara jenis kemoterapi dan kejadian CIPN pada pasien kanker di RSUD Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung tahun 2025.
