Hubungan Usia Dan Glasgow Coma Scale Terhadap Pemilihan Tatalaksana Operatif Dan Non Operatif Pada Pasien Stroke Hemoragik : Studi Retrospektif Di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Tahun 2022 – 2025

Stroke hemoragik ialah satu diantara banyaknya penyebab utama mortalitas dan morbiditas yang tinggi di dunia. Pemilihan tatalaksana operatif maupun non operatif dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor klinis, di antaranya usia dan skor Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui korelasi diantara usia dan skor GCS dengan pemilihan tatalaksana operatif dan non operatif pada pasien stroke hemoragik di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek periode 2022–2025. Penelitian menggunakan desain observasional analitik berpendekatan retrospektif berdasarkan data rekam medis pasien. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Sebagian 73 pasien dianalisis. Tidak ditemukan hubungan usia dengan pemilihan tatalaksana (p=0,169), sedangkan skor GCS berhubungan signifikan (p<0,001), di mana sebagian besar pasien dengan GCS berat menjalani tindakan operatif. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah skor GCS berperan penting dalam menentukan pemilihan tatalaksana pada pasien stroke hemoragik, sedangkan usia tidak menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan.
