Hubungan Asupan Cairan Dan Konsumsi Minuman Berkarbonasi Dengan Progresivitas Gagal Ginjal Kronik Pada Pasien Hemodialisis Di RSUD DR. H. Abdul Moeloek

Penyakit gagal ginjal kronik (GGK) adalah masalah kesehatan yang bersifat global dengan angka morbiditas dan mortalitas yang cukup tinggi, dipengaruhi oleh elemen gaya hidup seperti kurang cukupnya asupan cairan dan konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi keterkaitan antara asupan cairan dan konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi terhadap kemajuan gagal ginjal kronik (stadium CKD) pada pasien hemodialisis yang dirawat di RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek Bandar Lampung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional yang dilakukan pada Mei 2026 dengan melibatkan 88 responden yang diambil melalui metode total sampling. Data mengenai asupan cairan dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner 24-hour fluid recall, sedangkan untuk konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi yang diukur menggunakan Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), dan stadium CKD diambil dari catatan medis. Proses analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar partisipan berusia antara 50 hingga 64 tahun (50,0%), berjenis kelamin pria (59,1%), dan berada pada tahap CKD 5 (80,7%). Mayoritas dari responden menunjukkan asupan cairan yang rendah (76,1%) serta tingkat konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi yang minimal (62,5%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara asupan cairan dan kemajuan stadium CKD (p = 0,009) serta konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi dan progresivitas stadium CKD (p < 0,001). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa asupan cairan dan tingkat konsumsi minuman berkarbonasi memiliki keterkaitan dengan kemajuan gagal ginjal kronik.
