In-House Training Perawat Terkait Perawatan Integratif di Area Keperawatan Medikal Bedah

ABSTRAK
Perawatan integratif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan keperawatan yang akan berkontribusi kepada peningkatan derajat kesehatan dan kualitas hidup pasien. Penerapan perawatan integratif membutuhkan kemampuan perawat dalam mengelola upaya preventif, promotif dan rehabilitatif secara efektif pada saat memberikan asuhan keperawatan pada area keperawatan medikal bedah (KMB). Pengabdian pada masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas perawat dalam perawatan integratif di area keperawatan medikal bedah. Metoda yang digunakan adalah in-house training berupa ceramah dan tanya jawab interaktif kepada 9 preseptor klinik dan 3 clinical case manager di RSUD Sumedang. Materi yang disampaikan diantaranya adalah Continuity of care pada chronic disease, Protocol follow up care pada area KMB, Transitional care, dan Discharge planning. Evaluasi kegiatan menggunakan analisis pre-posttest. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan poin nilai rata-rata pre-post test (3,09). Nilai rata-rata pre-test sebesar 56 dan post-test sebesar 69,09. Dengan demikian, upaya yang sudah dilakukan bermanfaat dalam meningkatkan kapasitas perawat khususnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan menginisiasi integrative care. Upaya tersebut dapat diulang dengan target sasaran perawat medikal bedah lainnya selain perseptor maupun case manager.

ABSTRACT
Integrative Care could increase quality nursing services to be contribute to enhance the patient’s health status and quality life. Application of the integrative care requires the ability of nurses to effectively manage preventive, promotive and rehabilitative measurements when providing nursing care in the medical surgical nursing (MSN) area. This community service conducted with the purpose for increasing capacity of the nurses in integrative care in the MSN area. The method used was in -house training through interactive presentation and interactive discussion to nine clinical preceptors and three clinical case managers at Sumedang District Hospital. The topic presented included Continuity of care in chronic disease, Protocol follow-up care in the MSN area, Transitional care, and Discharge planning. The evaluation and outcome analysis using pre-post test design. The results of the program showed an increase in the average pre-post test score points (3.09). The average pre-test score was 56 and the post-test was 69.09. Thus, this community program that have been made are beneficial in increasing capacity nurse specifically knowledge and skills to initiate the integrative care . The future program is needed with other medical surgical nurses non preceptors and case managers.
