ABSTRACT
Stunting is known to have negative effects on children, both short and long-term effects. Apart from children tending to grow short and get sick easily, stunting can also impact children's cognitive or intellectual development. Stunting can be prevented, and its initial onset occurs in adolescence. Unfortunately, many teenagers still do not understand the concept of reproductive health, so they fall into early marriage, which has the potential to give birth to stunted babies. This PkM activity aims to assist teenagers in Pekon Tugurejo, Semaka sub-district, regarding reproductive health, stunting, and the relationship between early marriage and the potential for the birth of a stunted baby. 28 teenagers from the Tugurejo Semaka Tanggamus community attended this youth mentoring activity. The activity begins with a pre-test, core activities from the resource person, and ends with a post-test. There appears to be an increase in teenagers' understanding of reproductive health, stunting, and the relationship between early marriage and the incidence of stunting. Conclusion: The mentoring program provided to teenagers can increase their knowledge and understanding about reproductive health and stunting, so it is hoped that in the future, it will be able to suppress early marriages and reduce the incidence of stunting in Pekon Tugurejo.
