Analisis Asuhan Keperawatan melalui Intervensi Adjunctive Treatment: Ozone Bagging Pada Ny. S dan Ny. N dengan Diabetic Foot Ulcer di Wocare Center Kota Bogor

ABSTRAK

Diabetic Foot Ulcer yaitu suatu kondisi kronis yang berkaitan dengan diabetes mellitus dan memengaruhi bagian bawah tubuh, umumnya manifestasi berupa kerusakan pada jaringan yang berhubungan dengan gangguan neurologis dan penyakit pembuluh darah perifer. Hal ini disebabkan oleh berbagai faktor (Kusumaningrum et al., 2020). Masalah utama dalam perawatan pasien Ny. S dan Ny. N ialah gangguan integritas kulit yang dapat dilihat melalui data subjektif dan objektif, termasuk gejala dan tanda utama seperti adanya luka diabetic foot ulcer. Kedua pasien ini menjalani terapi tambahan, yakni terapi ozone bagging sebagai bagian dari perawatan luka mereka. Terapi ozone bagging telah terbukti efektif dalam mendukung proses penyembuhan luka, berkurangnya risiko infeksi, dan menghilangkan bau pada luka. Terapi ozon dilakukan setiap pertemuan perawatan luka, dengan frekuensi tiga kali seminggu, dan durasi 15 menit per sesi untuk Ny. S dan Ny. N. Hal itu bisa kita lihat pada penurunan skor luka memakai winner scale score serta penurunan parameter bau odor menggunakan odor assesment tools.

ABSTRACT

Diabetic Foot Ulcer is a chronic condition related to diabetes mellitus and affecting the lower part of the body, generally manifesting in the form of tissue damage associated with neurological disorders and peripheral vascular disease. This is caused by various factors (Kusumaningrum et al., 2020). The main problem in patient care Mrs. S and Mrs. N is a disorder of skin integrity that can be seen through subjective and objective data, including main symptoms and signs such as the presence of diabetic foot ulcers. These two patients underwent additional therapy, namely ozone therapy as part of their wound treatment. Ozone therapy has been proven effective in supporting the wound healing process, reducing the risk of infection, and eliminating wound odor. Ozone therapy is carried out at every wound care appointment, with a frequency of three times a week, and a duration of 15 minutes per session for Mrs. S and Mrs. N. We can see this in the decrease in wound scores using the winner scale score and the decrease in odor parameters using odor assessment tools.
