Pendampingan Siswa Kader Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) melalui Kegiatan Edukasi Peran Remaja dalam Pencegahan Stunting Dan Pelatihan P3K di Sekolah Dasar

ABSTRAK

 

Pelatihan kader Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS) sangat penting untuk membantu kader UKS memahami lebih baik tentang berbagai aspek kesehatan, seperti pencegahan stunting, dan pertolongan pertama. Dengan pengetahuan ini, siswa dapat memberikan edukasi kepada komunitas sekolah. Pelatihan kader UKS sangat penting untuk memastikan bahwa program kesehatan di sekolah berjalan efektif dan berkelanjutan. Dengan pelatihan, kader UKS menjadi lebih kompeten, mampu memberikan layanan kesehatan yang berkualitas, mendidik siswa dan komunitas sekolah, serta mencegah masalah kesehatan seperti stunting dengan lebih baik. Pelatihan ini juga membantu membentuk kader UKS sebagai pemimpin dan teladan dalam mempromosikan kesehatan di lingkungan sekolah. Pelatihan ini dilakukan pada siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) kelas 6 dengan total jumlah peserta 29 siswa. Tujuan pelatihan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, perilaku serta keterampilan praktis siswa berperan mencegah stunting dan memberikan pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan. Metode pelaksanaan pelatihan berupa ceramah dan demontrasi. Siswa diberikan materi mengenai peran remaja dalam pencegahan stunting serta demontrasi dan redemontrasi pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan siswa cukup baik dan penilaian praktik pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan semua siswa memiliki kemampuan yang baik. Kesimpulan: Pelatihan siswa kader UKS mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan siswa dalam pencegahan stunting dan menambah ketrampilan siswa dalam pertolongan pertama pada kecelakaan.

ABSTRACT

 

Training for School Health Unit (UKS) cadres is very important to help UKS cadres understand better about various aspects of health, such as stunting prevention and first aid. With this knowledge, students can provide education to the school community. UKS cadre training is very important to ensure that health programs in schools are effective and sustainable. With training, UKS cadres become more competent, able to provide quality health services, educate students and the school community, and better prevent health problems such as stunting. This training also helps shape UKS cadres into leaders and role models in promoting health in the school environment. This training was carried out on grade 6 elementary school (SD) students with a total of 29 students. The aim of this training is to improve students' knowledge, attitudes, behavior and practical skills to play a role in preventing stunting and providing first aid in accidents. The training implementation method is in the form of lectures and demonstrations. Students were given material regarding the role of teenagers in preventing stunting as well as demonstrations and re-demonstrations of first aid in accidents. The results of the training showed that the increase in students' knowledge was quite good and the assessment of first aid practices in accidents was that all students had good abilities. Conclusion: Training of UKS cadre students is able to increase students' knowledge in stunting prevention and increase students' skills in first aid for accidents.
