Pendidikan Kesehatan tentang Kiat-Kiat Sebelum dan Sesuah Donor Darah di SMAN I Majalaya

ABSTRAK
Ada beberapa hal yang harus dilakukan dan dihindari oleh pendonor setelah mendonorkan darahnya. berbagai risiko yang mungkin muncul setelah donor dilakukan. Dimana donor dapat mengakibatkan reaksi hipovolemik akibat pengurangan volume darah secara cepat, seperti pusing, mual, muntah, lemas, hingga pingsan. Pendidikan kesehatan adalah salah satu upaya untuk mengenalkan apa itu donor darah dan juga kiat-kiat pola hidup sehat yang dapat dilakukan calon pendonor sebelum mendonorkan darahnya, juga mengenalkan hal-hal yang boleh dan dilarang setelah seseorang mendonorkan darahnya. Tujuan dari Pengabdian Masyarakat adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan pendonor tentang kiat-kiat sebelum dan sesudah donor darah. Metoda yang digunakan dalam pengebdian Masyarakat ini adalah ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi Peserta 20 peserta didik SMAN I Majalaya. Hasil dari pengabdian ini meninjukan adanya peniningkatan pengetahuan tentang kiat-kiat sebelum dan sesudah donor darah. Hasil pretest menunjukan baik 6 (30%), cukup 10 (50%), Kurang 4(20%). Setelah mengikuti Pendidikan Kesehatan mengalami peningkatan hasil post test menunjukan baik 18 (90%0, cukup (10%).

ABSTRACT
There are several things that donors must do and avoid after donating blood. various risks that may arise after donation is carried out. Where donation can cause hypovolemic reactions due to rapid reduction in blood volume, such as dizziness, nausea, vomiting, weakness, or fainting. Health education is one effort to introduce what blood donation is and also healthy lifestyle tips that prospective donors can do before donating their blood, also introducing things that are allowed and prohibited after someone donates their blood. The purpose of Community Service is to increase donor knowledge about tips before and after blood donation. The method used in this Community Service is lectures, questions and answers and discussions Participants 20 students of SMAN I Majalaya.The results of this service indicate an increase in knowledge about tips before and after blood donation. The pretest results showed good 6 (30%), sufficient 10 (50%), Less 4 (20%). Conclusion: after participating in Health Education, there was an increase in the post-test results showing good 18 (90%0, sufficient (10%).
