PENYULUHAN KESEHATAN REPRODUKSI REMAJA DI SMP PERTIWI SITEBA PADANG

ABSTRAK

Kurangnya pengetahuan, informasi tentang seks serta persepsi remaja mengenai seluk beluk seks yang salah merupakan salah satu indikator meningkatnya perilaku seks bebas di kalangan remaja.Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan kepada remaja awal tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja. Metode yang dilakukan adalah merancang dan pembuatan bahan praktek pengabdian, memberikan materi tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja dengan metode penyuluhan. Hasil pengabdian didapatkan peserta sangat antusias dalam kegiatan penyuluhan, terlihat dari 85% peserta aktif dalam kegiatan (bertanya dan menjawab pertanyaan). Selain itu berdasarkan evaluasi secara lisan 80% peserta dapat menjelaskan kembali tentang definisi kesehatan reproduksi remaja, cara menjaga organ reproduksi, infeksi organ reproduksi, HIV – AIDS. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah bekerja sama dengan pihak puskesmas dalam memberikan informasi tentang kesehatan reproduksi remaja.

ABSTRACT

Lack of knowledge, information about sex and perceptions of adolescents about the  ins and outs of sex are one of the indicators of increased free sex behavior among adolescents. The aim of community service is to provide knowledge to early adolescents about adolescent reproductive health. The  method  used  is  designing and manufacturing devotion practice materials, providing material about adolescent reproductive health with counseling methods. The results of the dedication obtained by the participants were very enthusiastic in  the counseling  activities,  seen from  85% of active participants in the activity (asking and  answering  questions).  Also based on oral  evaluation 80% of participants can explain  again  about  the definition of adolescent reproductive health, how to look after the reproductive organs, reproductive organs infections, HIV - AIDS. It is recommended that the school collaborates with the health center in providing information on adolescent reproductive health
