Edukasi Sadari untuk Deteksi Dini dan Isi Piringku sebagai Upaya Pencegahan Kanker

ABSTRAK
Salah satu jenis kanker yang paling ditakuti perempuan dunia adalah kanker payudara. Penderita kanker payudara dapat lebih cepat mengetahui serangan kanker pada payudara dengan memeriksa sendiri secara teratur setiap bulan yang dikenal dengan praktik SADARI, selain itu Isi Piringku dengan pencegahan kanker terletak pada asupan gizi seimbang yang terkandung dalam panduan tersebut, terutama peningkatan konsumsi sayuran dan buah-buahan yang kaya serat dan antioksidan. Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kader posyandu tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) dan isi piringku sebagai upaya pencegahan kanker. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu persiapan, pengorganisasian, edukasi, evaluasi (pre dan post test). Penyampaian edukasi dilakukan dengan metode ceramah dengan media leafleat dan praktik langsung tentang SADARI dan isi piringku. Rata-rata nilai pretest yaitu 58,6 setelah edukasi meningkat menjadi 86. Nilai p pada paired sample t-test menunjukkan p = 0,001, yang berarti terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tingkat pengetahuan kader posyandu sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berjalan lancar dan mendapat antusias yang baik dari kader posyandu dan adanya peningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (SADARI) dan isi piringku sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi menggunakan media leaflet dan praktik.

ABSTRACT
One of the most feared types of cancer in women in the world is breast cancer. Breast cancer sufferers can detect breast cancer more quickly by regularly checking themselves every month, known as the practice of BSE. In addition, Isi Piringku with cancer prevention lies in a balanced nutritional intake contained in the guide, especially increasing the consumption of vegetables and fruits that are rich in fiber and antioxidants. To increase the knowledge and understanding of Posyandu cadres about breast self-examination (BSE) and Isi Piringku as an effort to prevent cancer. This community service activity consists of four stages, namely preparation, organization, education, evaluation (pre and post test). The delivery of education is carried out using the lecture method with leaflet media and direct practice about BSE and Isi Piringku. The average pretest score is 58.6 after education increased to 86. The p-value in the paired sample t-test shows p = 0.001, which means there is a significant difference between the level of knowledge of Posyandu cadres before and after being given education. Community service activities ran smoothly and received good enthusiasm from Posyandu cadres and there was an increase in Posyandu cadres' knowledge about breast self-examination (SADARI) and the contents of my plate before and after being given education using leaflet media and practice.
