Edukasi Kesehatan Untuk Mengurangi Stigma Sosial Pada Penyintas Covid-19 Di Desa Purwosari Kecamatan Kwadungan Kabupaten Ngawi

ABSTRAK

 

Corona virus disease 19 merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang sedang menggemparkan dunia hingga saat ini. Sebagian besar warga masih menganggap bahwa penyakit Covid-19 menular yang sulit disembuhkan sehingga harus dihindari untuk bertemu dengan orang yang terkena covid-19. Selain itu juga ada yang mengucilkan tenaga kesehatan yang sedang merawat pasien covid 19. Kondisi ini membuat penyintas covid 19 merasakan perbedaan perlakukan masyarakat di sekitar tempat tinggal. Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat tentang covid-19 dan pemahaman untuk mengurangi stigma pada penyintas covid-19. Kegiatan yang dilakukan berupa penyuluhan untuk mengurangi stigma covid-19. Hasil dari penyuluhan adalah terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang covid-19 di Desa Purwosari Kecamatan Kwadungan Kabupaten Ngawi. Harapan setelah penyuluhan ini adalah masyarakat dapat mengurangi stigma pada penyintas covid-19. Semua warga berpotensi tertular covid-19 sehingga kita semua harus selalu menerapkan pola hidup bersih dan sehat.

ABSTRACT

 

Coronavirus disease 19 is one of the health problems that is currently taking the world. Many people think that COVID-19 is a contagious disease that is difficult to cure, so it must be avoided to meet people who had COVID-19. In addition, many people also isolate health workers who are treating COVID-19 patients. This condition makes COVID-19 survivors felt the difference in the treatment of the people around their homes. The purpose of this community service is to increase public knowledge and understanding about covid-19 and understanding to reduce stigma on covid-19 survivors. Activities carried out in the form of counseling to reduce the stigma of COVID-19. The result of the counseling was an increase in knowledge and understanding of COVID-19 in Purwosari Village, Kwadungan District, Kab. Ngawi. Expectations from this activities is community can reduce the stigma on Covid-19 survivors. All residents have the potential to be infected with COVID-19, so we all must always adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle.
