Teknik Relaksasi Nafas Dalam Untuk Menurunkan Tingkat Kecemasan Pada Ibu Hamil

ABSTRAK

 

Pandemi Covid-19 merupakan kondisimeresahkan semua orang, tidak terkecuali di negara Indonesia. Kasus tersebut menyerang semua kalangan, salah satunya adalah ibu hamil. Hal tersebut menyebabkan ibu hamil mengalami rasa cemas bahkan sampai mengalami depresi serta dapat meningkatkan jumlah kematian. Kecemasan akan berdampak negatif pada ibu hamil sejak masa kehamilan hingga persalinan, seperti janin yang gelisah sehingga menghambat pertumbuhannya, melemahkan kontraksi otot rahim, dan lain-lain. Dampak tersebut dapat membahayakan ibu dan janin. Pelaksanaan kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada peserta penyuluhan tentang pemberian teknik relaksasi terhadap untuk menurunkan kecemasan. Metode yang digunakan dilakukan dengan penyuluhan secara online dengan memberikan video dan leafleat serta memperagakan tekhnik relaksasi berupa nafas dalam pada ibu hamil untuk mengurasi kecemasan. Terdapat peningkatan pemahaman serta kemampuan pada seluruh peserta sebanyak 11 orang ibu hamil yang sudah mulai dapat melakukan tekhnik relaksasi nafas dalam yang benar dan optimal.

ABSTRACT

The Covid-19 pandemic is a condition that worries everyone, including the state of Indonesia. The case attacks all groups, one of which is pregnant women. This causes pregnant women to experience anxiety and even depression and can increase the number of deaths. Anxiety would have a negative impact for pregnant women since pregnancy and childbirth, as a so troubled that, stunted its growth weaken, muscular contraction of the uterus and others. These impacts can harm the mother, fetus and could be an impact of harm the mother and the fetus. The implementation of this event is aimed to give them knowledge and understanding to participants counseling regarding the provision of techniques of relaxation against to lower anxiety. The methodology that was used was done with counseling in an online manner to give video and leaflet and had played some superb football Technik relaxation in the form of his breath for pregnant women to reduce anxiety. There has been increasing understanding as well as the ability to the whole of participants with Technik relaxation with the start of can do his breath for the truth and optimal.
