ABSTRAK

 

Pengabdian pada masyarakat yang dilakukan yaitu Perawatan dirumah (Home Care) pada keluarga Ny. AR di RT 3 RW 02 Desa Cijujung Kecamatan Sukaraja Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Cimandala Kabupaten Bogor. Home Care ini merupakan bentuk realisasi dari keunggulan Prodi S1 Keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian jangka panjang pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah kemandirian dan motivasi individu yang sakit serta meningkatkan kepedulian keluarga untuk merawat individu yang sakit dirumah. Target khusus yang ingin dicapai adalah pemanfaatan bahan-bahan alami yang ada disekitar lingkungan rumah klien dan dapat dimanfaatkan baik sebagai obat tradisional komplementer maupun sebagai sumber makanan bergizi bagi klien. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi kasus dengan intervensi dilakukan selama 1 bulan. Hasil yang dilakukan berupa kunjungan ke keluarga dan intervensi lainnya sesuai dengan masalah kesehatan individu dalam keluarga. Kesimpulan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dalam mewujudkan “Keluarga sehat dengan melakukan Home Care” di rt 3 rw 02 desa cijujung kecamatan sukaraja wilayah kerja  Puskesmas cimandala, kab. Bogor

ABSTRACT

 

Community service that is carried out is Home Care for the family of Mrs. AR in RT 3 RW 02 Cijunjung Village, Sukaraja District, Cimandala Health Center Work Area, Bogor Regency. Home Care is a form of realization of the excellence of the Bachelor of Nursing Study Program. The purpose of this long-term community service research is the independence and motivation of sick individuals as well as increasing family awareness to care for sick individuals at home. The specific target to be achieved is the use of natural ingredients that exist around the client's home environment and can be used both as complementary traditional medicine and as a source of nutritious food for the client. The method used is a case study with the intervention carried out for 1 month. The results are in the form of visits to families and other interventions according to individual health problems in the family. The conclusion of the implementation of community service activities in realizing a "healthy family by doing Home Care" in RT 3 RW 02, Cijujung Village, Sukaraja District, working area of Cimandala Health Center, Kab. Bogor
