ABSTRACT

Vaccination coverage is also influenced by the high rate of Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) in the community, especially in the elderly population. Not only related to the vaccination interval, there are other stages that are applied to the elderly at the time of vaccination screening. Increase public awareness of Covid-19 vaccination through control of Non-Communicable Diseases to accelerate vaccination coverage and prevent Covid-19 transmission. Health education in the elderly group. Health Counseling Activities together with PTM Screening Activities were attended by 77 elderly people. The elderly gained more knowledge related to vaccination as a prevention of the spread of Covid-19 and how to control non-communicable diseases they experienced, this was shown by the enthusiasm of the elderly in answering and asking questions during the counseling. PKM activities have increased public awareness about the importance of vaccination by controlling non-communicable diseases.
