Peran Kelompok Peer Group Cisarere (Cinta Sehat Reproduksi Remaja) dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Kesehatan Reproduksi Remaja di SMA Negeri 4 Metro

ABSTRAK

Komposisi penduduk Kota Metro menurut kelompok umur menunjukkan bahwa penduduk yang berusia muda (0-14 tahun) sebesar 25,54% dari total jumlah penduduk. (Profil Kesehatan Metro, 2019). Hasil laporan yang diperoleh dari Unit kesehatan sekolah (UKS) dari 40 siswa terdapat 20% siswi dengan status gizi gemuk dan obesitas, 50% siswi dengan anemia, dan terdapat 30% siswi mengalami siklus menstruasi yang tidak teratur. Kelompok peer group cisarere (cinta sehat reproduksi remaja) merupakan Salah satu cara remaja membentuk hubungan dengan orang-orang diluar keluarga yaitu dengan melakukan penyesuaian dengan kelompok teman sebaya (peer group). Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah  untuk melakukan pengabdian masyarakat melalui Peran kelompok peer group cisarere (cinta sehat reproduksi remaja) dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi remaja Di SMAN 4 Metro. Metode dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan secara input, proses, dan output, Pada tahapan input kegiatan ini mencakup beberapa Stackholder dan tim serta peserta yang terlibat, Pada tahap Proses melakukan sosialisasi program. Tahap output yaitu kegiatan monitoring dengan memantau setiap kegiatan sesuai rencana dan di laksanakan selama peroses pengabmas dengan memofikasi kegiatan sesuai tujuan, hasil kegiatan kelompok peer group cisarere diperolah hasil siswa saling bertukar informasi terkait kesehatan reproduksi dan cara mencegahnya, siswa dan kader remaja UKS/PMR terlihat antusias dan lebih kooperatif dalam kegiatan ini, Saran Diharapkan perlu dilakukan sosialisasi secara terus menerus mengenai kesehatan reproduksi pada remaja dengan membentuk kelompok peer group remaja untuk saling bertukar informasi, sehingga dengan harapan menurunkan angka pernikahan usia dini dan penyalahgunaan narkotika

ABSTRACT

The composition of the population of Metro City by age group shows that the young population (0-14 years) is 25.54% of the total population. (Metro Health Profile, 2019). The Cisarere peer group (Adolescent reproductive healthy love) is one way for teenagers to form relationships with people outside the family, namely by making adjustments to their peer group. The purpose of this community service is to carry out community service through the role of the Cisarere Peer Group (Adolescent Reproductive Health Love )to Increase Adolescent Reproductive Health Knowledge at SMAN 4 Metro. This method in community service is carried out by input, process, and output, at the input stage this activity includes several stakeholders and the teams and participants involved, and at the process stage socializing the program. and the Output Stage, namely Monitoring activities by monitoring each activity according to the plan and carried out during the community service process by modifying activities according to objectives, the results of the Cisarere Peer Group activities obtained are the results of students exchanging information related to reproductive health and how to prevent it, students and cadres of UKS/PMR youth looks enthusiastic and more cooperative in this activity, Suggestion It is hoped that there needs to be continuous socialization regarding reproductive health in adolescents by forming adolescent peer groups to exchange information, so that in the hope of reducing the rate of early marriage and drug abuse.
