Peningkatan Pengetahuan Aman Berdigital Aparat Pemerintahan di Kecamatan Pamengpeuk

ABSTRAK

 

Kemajuan teknologi digital berbasis Internet of Thing (IoT) dapat memfasilitasi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik di instansi pemerintahan. Digitalisasi membantu proses pembaharuan data dan informasi yang lebih efisien dan efektif. Pengelolaan berbasis digital menjadi salah satu solusi dalam sistem manajemen data terpadu yang sering menjadi kendala di sektor pelayanan publik Indonesia. Aparat pemerintahan harus mendapatkan dan memiliki keterampilan menggunakan fitur dan platform digital untuk penyimpanan dan pengumpulan data serta keamanannya. Pemerintah Kecamatan Pamengpeuk belum pernah mendapatkan atau melakukan pelatihan maupun sosialisasi cerdas digital bagi para pengelola pemerintahan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat Edukasi Cerdas Digital diberikan bagi aparat pemerintahan Kecamatan Pamengpeuk. Tahapan kegiatan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan edukasi dan evaluasi. Metode yang digunakan untuk pelaksanaan edukasi digital adalah ceramah, pelatihan penggunaan fitur-fitur aman digital, google drive, cloud storage dan diskusi.  Mayoritas peserta telah mengetahui dan menggunakan media digital, namun belum mengetahui cara aman bermedia digital.  Sebagian peserta juga telah mengetahui google drive namun belum mengetahui cara menggunakan google drive. Kegiatan pelatihan cerdas digital yang dilakukan telah meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan digital peserta khususnya tentang aman bermedia digital dan menggunakan google drive dan cloud storage untuk mengumpulkan dan menyimpan data.

ABSTRACT

 

The advances of Internet of Things (IoT)-based digital technology can facilitate the improvement of public services quality in government agencies. Digitization helps the process of updating data and information more efficiently and effectively. Digital-based management is one of the solutions in an integrated data management system that is often become an obstacle in the Indonesian public service sector. Government officials should acquire and have skill of using digital features and platforms for data storage and collection and its safety. The Pamengpeuk District Government has not received or conducted training or socialization of digital intelligence for government officials. Community service activities of Digital Smart Education was conducted for Pamengpeuk District government officials. Stages of activities include preparation, implementation of education and evaluation. The methods used for the implementation of digital education are lecture, training of digital safe features usage, google drive, cloud storage and discussion. The majority of participants has already known and used digital media, but did not know how to use digital media safely. Some of the participants also knew about Google Drive but did not know how to use Google Drive. The evaluation showed an increase in participants' digital knowledge and skills, especially about the digital media safety and usage of digital media google drive and cloud storage for data collection and storage.
