Gambaran Pengetahuan Perawat Terhadap Perawatan Paliatif pada Pasien Gagal Jantung di RSUD Dr. Moewardi

ABSTRACT
Chronic heart failure is defined as a complex clinical syndrome accompanied by complaints of heart failure in the form of tightness, fatigue either at rest or during exercise, edema and objective signs of cardiac dysfunction at rest. Heart failure is a major cause of poor quality of life, as well as high morbidity and mortality globally. Palliative care is an approach to improve the quality of life of patients and families in dealing with life-threatening and progressive problems, such as heart failure. The general objective of this study was to describe the knowledge of nurses in palliative care for heart failure patients at Dr. Moewardi General Hospital. This research method uses descriptive analytic which uses a quantitative approach with a cross sectional study method. The population in this study amounted to 40 respondents consisting of 20 nurses in the ICVCU room, 14 nurses in the Heart HCU and 6 nurses in the Aster 5 room. The age of the majority of respondents is the vulnerable age of 20-40 years, amounting to 26 nurses (65%), the majority were D3 totaling 22 nurses (55.0%), the majority of working time in the heart failure ward was 1-10 years with a total of 35 nurses (87.5%) as respondents. From the overall results of research regarding nurses' knowledge of palliative care, it shows that nurses have varying levels of knowledge, namely good (45%), sufficient (47.5%), and lacking (7.5%).

ABSTRAK
Gagal jantung kronik didefinisikan sebagai sindrom klinik yang komplek yang disertai keluhan gagal jantung berupa sesak, fatigue baik dalam keadaan istirahat atau latihan, edema dan tanda objektif adanya disfungsi jantung dalam keadaan istirahat. Gagal jantung atau Heart Failure menjadi penyebab utama kualitas hidup yang buruk, serta morbiditas dan mortalitas yang tinggi secara global. Paliatif care merupakan pendekatan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup pasien dan keluarga dalam menghadapi masalah yang berkaitan dengan masalah yang mengancam jiwa dan progesif, seperti gagal jantung. Tujuan umum dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran pengetahuan perawat dalam perawatan paliatif pada pasien Gagal jantung di RSUD Dr.Moewardi. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif analitik yang menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode cross sectional study. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 responden yang terdiri dari 20 perawat diruang ICVCU,14 perawat di HCU Jantung dan 6 perawat diruang Aster 5. Usia mayoritas responden yaitu pada rentan usia 20-40 tahun yang berjumlah 26 perawat (65%), Pendidikan terakhir perawat mayoritas adalah D3 berjumlah 22 perawat (55,0%), mayoritas lama bekerja dibangsal gagal jantung adalah 1-10 tahun dengan jumlah responden 35 perawat (87,5%). Dari keseluruhan hasil penelitian mengenai pengetahuan perawat tentang perawatan paliatif menunjukan bahwa perawat memiliki tingkat pengetahuan yang variatif yaitu baik (45%), cukup (47,5%), dan kurang (7,5%).
