Pengaruh Teknik Pijat I Love You terhadap Penurunan Konstipasi Pada Bayi Usia 06-12 Bulan di PMB Ani Bayu, S.Tr.Keb Karawang

ABSTRACT
Constipation or constipation is often experienced by babies which results in discomfort for the baby. The prevalence of constipation in infants in Indonesia is 15.7% and needs to be handled appropriately because it causes nutritional problems. One way to treat constipation is to use non-pharmacological therapy, namely I Love You massage. This study aims to determine the effect of the I Love You massage technique on reducing constipation in infants aged 06-12 months at PMB Ani Bayu, S.Tr.Keb Karawang. The results of the study were obtained before the I Love You massage technique was carried out, respondents experienced constipation on average as many as 10 respondents (100%), after the I Love You massage technique was performed, constipation decreased to a normal category on average 8 respondents (80%). Whereas for the control group, before being given nutritional counseling and monitoring of high-fiber foods, constipation experienced an average of 10 respondents (100%), and after being given counseling and nutritional monitoring of high-fiber foods, constipation decreased by 7 respondents (70%). ABSTRAK
Konstipasi atau sembelit sering dialami oleh bayi yang berakibat pada ketidaknyamanan pada bayi. Prevalensi kejadian konstipasi pada bayi di Indonesia sebesar 15,7% dan perlu ditangani secara tepat karena mengakibatkan gangguan masalah gizi. Salah satu penanganan konstipasi tersebut adalah dengan menggunakan terapi nonfarmakologi yaitu pijat I Love You. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh teknik pijat I Love You terhadap penurunan konstipasi pada bayi usia 06-12 bulan di PMB Ani Bayu, S.Tr.Keb Karawang. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment) dengan pendekatan pre post test with control group design. Populasi bayi usia 06-12 bulan dengan konstipasi sebanyak 20 orang. Sampel dibagi menjadi 10 kelompok kontrol dan 10 kelompok diberikan teknik pijat I love You selama 7 menit sebanyak 2 kali pertemuan dalam kurun waktu 2 hari dengan menggunakan skala Bristool Stool Chart sebagai instrument penelitian. Hasil penelitian didapatkan sebelum dilakukan teknik pijat I Love You responden mengalami konstipasi rata-rata sebanyak 10 responden (100%), setelah dilakukan teknik pijat I Love You terjadi penurunan konstipasi menjadi kategori normal rata-rata sebanyak 8 responden (80%). Sedangkan untuk kelompok kontrol sebelum diberikan konseling dan pemantauan nutrisi makanan tinggi serat mengalami konstipasi rata-rata sebanyak 10 responden (100%), dan setelah diberikan konseling dan pemantauan nutrisi makanan tinggi serat mengalami penurunan konstipasi sebanyak 7 responden (70%). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan menggunakan Uji Wilcoxon didapatkan nilai p= 0.005 sehingga H1 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh bermakna dari teknik pijat I Love You terhadap penurunan konstipasi pada bayi usia 6-12 bulan di PMB Ani Bayu, S.Tr.Keb. Adanya pengaruh teknik pijat I Love You terhadap penurunan konstipasi pada bayi usia 06-12 bulan dengan nilai p value 0,005. Teknik pijat I Love You sangat bermanfaat terhadap penurunan konstipasi pada bayi usia 06-12 bulan.
