ABSTRACT

Problems that can occur in stroke patients are paralysis (hemiplegia) or weakness (hemiparesis) on one side of the body, to regain their capacity in daily activities, stroke patients need rehabilitation procedures to relearn normal motion patterns while improving posture control skills and selective movements, bobath therapy is needed. To see the picture of the results of Bobath therapy intervention in patients with stroke advanced rehabilitation in overcoming nursing problems of physical mobility disorders. Using a nursing care approach by applying evidence-based nursing practice to advanced rehabilitation stroke patients. Bobath administration to stroke patients who experience impaired physical mobility experienced an increase in muscle strength from muscle strength 3/5 to 4/5. Stroke patients can wait for the Bobath therapy method to help improve functional abilities in stroke patients to be able to move again.

ABSTRAK

Permasalahan yang dapat terjadi pada penderita stroke adalah kelumpuhan (hemiplegia) atau kelemahan (hemiparesis) pada salah satu sisi tubuh, untuk mendapatkan kembali kapasitas mereka dalam aktivitas sehari-hari, penderita stroke memerlukan prosedur rehabilitasi pembelajaran ulang pola gerak normal sekaligus meningkatkan keterampilan kontrol postur dan gerakan selektif maka diperlukan terapi bobath. Untuk melihat gambaran hasil pemberian intervensi terapi Bobath pada pasien penderita stroke rehabilitasi lanjut dalam mengatasi masalah keperawatan gangguan mobilitas fisik. Menggunakan pendekatan asuhan keperawatan dengan mengaplikasikan evidence based practice nursing pada pasien stroke rehabilitasi lanjut. Pemberian Bobath pada pasien stroke yang mengalami gangguan mobilitas fisik mengalamai peningkatan kekuatan otot dari kekuatan otot 3/5 menjadi 4/5. Penderita stroke dapat menunggunakan metode terapi Bobath untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan fungsional pada penderita stroke agar bisa beraktivitas kembali.
