ABSTRACT

Hospitals, as healthcare institutions, are required to provide fast, accurate, and high-quality services. One strategic effort to improve the quality of these services is the utilization of health information technology through the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS). However, the implementation of SIMRS still faces various challenges stemming from human resources, organizational aspects, and technology. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing SIMRS implementation using the Human, Organization, and Technology Fit (HOT-Fit) approach at Siti Hajar Islamic Hospital, Mataram. This study used an observational analytical design with a cross-sectional approach. The study population was all 150 SIMRS users at Siti Hajar Islamic Hospital, Mataram. The study sample consisted of 109 respondents selected using a purposive sampling technique. The independent variables included human, organizational, and technological aspects, while the dependent variable was SIMRS implementation. Data collection was conducted using a structured questionnaire adapted from previous research. Data analysis included univariate, bivariate, and multivariate analyses. The results of this study indicate that human, organizational, and technological aspects significantly influence the implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (MISRS) at Siti Hajar Islamic Hospital in Mataram. SIMRS implementation is significantly influenced by human, organizational, and technological factors. Therefore, continuous improvement of human resource capacity, strengthening organizational support, and improving the quality of the information technology system are necessary.
