Literatur Review Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok untuk Meningkatkan Harga Diri Rendah (HDR)

ABSTRAK

 

Kesehatan jiwa merupakan salah satu permasalahan kesehatan di seluruh dunia. Harga diri rendah mempengaruhi kesehatan jiwa yang merupakan perasaan negatif terhadap diri sendiri termasuk kehilangan rasa percaya diri, tidak berguna, tidak berdaya pesimis, tidak ada harapan dan putus asa. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dampak dari terapi aktivitas kelompok untuk meningkatkan harus diri rendah (HDR). Literature review ini menggunakan metode pencarian PICO menggunakan kata kunci TAK, HDR, artikel sesuai dengan kata kunci dan terpilih 10 artikel yang telah melalui seleksi dan sesuai dengan kriteria. Dari 10 artikel yang ditemukan, Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok (TAK) stimulasi persepsi, sensori   maupun   kombinasi   dapat   memberikan   dampak   positif   serta   membantu   klien meningkatkan perilaku adaptif dan mengurangi perilaku maladaptive terutama pada klien harga diri rendah. Konsep diri pada klien harga diri rendah sebelum dan sesudah Terapi Aktivitas Kelompok memberikan hasil  yang signifikan.  Berdasarkan  beberapa jurnal  yang telah didapat dan telah dianalisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan terapi aktivitas kelompok ini dapat meningkatkan harga diri pada pasien dengan harga diri rendah.

ABSTRACT

 

Mental health is one of the health problems in the world. Low self-esteem affects mental health which is a negative feeling towards oneself including loss of self-confidence, useless, helpless, pessimistic, hopeless and hopeless. This study was to determine the impact of group activity therapy to improve low self-esteem (HDR). This literature review uses the PICO search method using the keywords TAK, HDR, articles according to the keywords and selected 10 articles that have gone through the selection and match the criteria. From the 10 articles found, Group Activity Therapy (TAK) perceptual, sensory or combination stimulation can have a positive impact and help clients improve adaptive behavior and reduce maladaptive behavior, especially in clients with low self-esteem. Self-concept in clients with low self-esteem before and after Group Activity Therapy gave significant results. Based on several journals that have been obtained and have been analyzed, it can be concluded that this group activity therapy activity can increase self-esteem in patients with low self-esteem.
