Rinosinusitis Kronis Et Causa Deviasi Septum Nasal : Laporan Kasus
Abstract
Rinosinusitis kronik adalah peradangan pada hidung dan sinus paranasal yang ditandai dengan adanya dua atau lebih gejala, salah satunya berupa hidung tersumbat atau kongesti hidung dan adanya cairan yang keluar dari hidung baik dari anterior maupun posterior, yang disertai gejala tambahan berupa rasa nyeri atau tekanan pada wajah dan penurunan atau kehilangan penciuman. Deviasi septum nasal merujuk pada kelengkungan septum ke satu sisi yang disertai deformitas struktur garis tengah. Telah dilaporkan seorang pasien perempuan berusia 54 tahun di RSUD dr. R. Soetijono Blora dengan diagonsa rinosinusitis kronis et causa deviasi septum nasal berdasar anamnesis hidung tersumbat, lendir kental berwarna kekuningan, berbau busuk, nyeri pada wajah. Pemeriksaan fisik tampak mukosa hiperemis dan edema, sekret mucous dimeatus media, hipertrofi concha inferior, septum deviasi ke arah sinistra, post nasal drip, dan nyeri tekan maksila, pemeriksaan CT-scan didapat sinusitis maksilaris bilateral dengan deviasi septum nasal ke arah sinistra, dan diberikan penanganan pengobatan medis dan tindakan operatif.
