Laporan Kasus : Unilateral Mastitis Tuberkulosis yang Menyerupai Abses Payudara pada Wanita 51 Tahun
Abstract
Berikut kami deskripsikan sebuah kasus mastitis TB kiri pada seorang wanita Indonesia berusia 51 yang datang dengan keluhan nyeri disertai benjolan, kemerahan, serta rasa gatal pada payudara kiri selama 10 hari. Hasil ultrasonografi menunjukan kesan abses payudara. Histopatologi menunjukkan proses granulomatosa dengan nekrosis serta sel-sel epitheloid, sehingga diagnosis kerja berubah menjadi mastitis TB. Pasien menunjukkan perbaikan klinis setelah rutin pengobatan dan evaluasi terapi. Tanpa melupakan kemungkinan etiologi yang berasal dari keganasan, laporan kasus ini menunjukkan penting untuk mempertimbangkan kemungkinan tuberculosis payudara pada pasien tanpa gejala sistemik.
