PELATIHAN AKUNTANSI BIAYA TERHADAP EFEKTIVITAS PENGELOLAAN BIAYA PRODUKSI IKAN ASIN DI PULAU PASARAN TELUK BETUNG BARAT

The cost accounting training conducted in Pulau Pasaran, Teluk Betung Barat, aimed to
enhance the understanding of salted fish processing business actors regarding the importance
of accurate and efficient cost management. Through this training, participants were equipped
with basic knowledge of cost accounting to help them identify, record, and control production
cost elements in a more structured manner. The results of the activity indicated that the
training encouraged business actors to begin implementing data-based cost recording systems,
which contributed to improved operational efficiency and more accurate decision-making.
Furthermore, an increased understanding of cost accounting helped strengthen the market
competitiveness of their businesses. By improving their ability to manage production costs, the
sustainability and growth potential of salted fish processing businesses in Pulau Pasaran can
be better ensured in the future.
