ABSTRACT
Adolescence is a critical period in individual development marked by the formation of identity, including sexual identity. Comprehensive sexuality education plays an essential role in equipping adolescents with knowledge and positive attitudes to support healthy and responsible sexual behavior. This community service activity aimed toimprove adolescents' knowledge and shape positive attitudes toward healthy sexuality through a comprehensive sexuality education approach. The activity was conducted at SMA Negeri 8 Tangerang on April 25, 2025, using lecture and discussion methods. A total of 70 female adolescents participated in this activity. Evaluation was carried out using pre- and post-tests to measure knowledge improvement. The results showed an increase in the average knowledge score from 95.87 (pre-test) to 96.07 (post- test), with a gain of 0.2 points. This activity indicates that health education, even when conducted in a short period, still plays a vital role in enhancing adolescents' knowledge about reproductive and sexual health. Based on the findings, it is recommended that health education be conducted continuously and more widely in various communities using participatory and contextual approaches that meet the needs of adolescents.
