ABSTRACT

This program is motivated by the low level of mental resilience, high job-related anxiety, and suboptimal adaptive coping among Grade XII students of SMK St. Fransiskus Semarang, which affect their work readiness. The program aims to enhance work readiness by strengthening mental resilience, adaptive coping, and self-confidence. An integrative approach based on psychological capital and experiential learning is implemented through training, workshops, simulations, and mentoring, supported by pre–post assessment. The results indicate improvements in self-confidence, stress management, work readiness, as well as self-efficacy and adaptive coping.
