Peningkatan Kompetensi Kader Posyandu melalui Pelatihan Integrasi Layanan Primer (ILP) dalam Mendukung Transformasi Pelayanan Kesehatan Primer di Desa Jambewangi

ABSTRAK

 

Integrasi layanan primer (ILP) merupakan strategi transformasi pelayanan kesehatan yang bertujuan meningkatkan akses dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berbasis siklus hidup. Keberhasilan implementasi ILP memerlukan dukungan kader kesehatan yang memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang memadai dalam penyelenggaraan posyandu ILP.Meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan kader kesehatan dalam pelaksanaan posyandu integrasi layanan primer (ILP) di desa jambewangi, kecamatan secang, kabupaten magelang. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 dan 20 juni 2026 dengan melibatkan 48 kader kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, praktik, simulasi, serta evaluasi kompetensi. Materi pelatihan mencakup pengelolaan posyandu ILP, pelayanan kesehatan berdasarkan siklus hidup, dan komunikasi efektif. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan nilai rata-rata kompetensi kader sebesar 83,44 dengan nilai tertinggi 100 dan nilai terendah 50. Sebanyak 28 kader (58,3%) mencapai kategori utama, sedangkan 20 kader (41,7%) mencapai kategori madya. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kompetensi kader dalam mendukung penyelenggaraan posyandu ILP di tingkat masyarakat. Pelatihan posyandu ILP efektif meningkatkan kompetensi kader kesehatan dalam pengelolaan pelayanan kesehatan berbasis siklus hidup. Penguatan kapasitas kader secara berkelanjutan diperlukan untuk mendukung implementasi integrasi layanan primer dan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan berbasis masyarakat.

ABSTRACT

 

Primary health care integration (ILP) is a health service transformation strategy aimed at improving access to and the quality of life cycle-based health services. Successful implementation of ILP requires competent community health volunteers (cadres) with adequate knowledge and skills in managing integrated primary health care posts (posyandu ILP). To improve the knowledge and skills of community health cadres in implementing integrated primary health care (ILP) posyandu in jambewangi village, secang district, magelang regency. This community service program was conducted on june 13 and 20, 2026, involving 48 community health cadres. The activities included lectures, hands-on practice, simulations, and competency evaluations. Training materials covered posyandu ILP management, life cycle-based health services, and effective communication. The evaluation showed a mean competency score of 83.44, with the highest score of 100 and the lowest score of 50. A total of 28 cadres (58.3%) achieved the primary competency category, while 20 cadres (41.7%) were classified as intermediate. These findings indicate an improvement in cadres' competencies to support the implementation of posyandu ILP at the community level.Posyandu ILP training effectively improved the competencies of community health cadres in delivering life cycle-based primary health services. Continuous capacity building is essential to strengthen the implementation of primary health care integration and enhance the quality of community-based health services.
