Program Penguatan Literasi Kesehatan Reproduksi dan Keluarga untuk Meningkatkan Pengetahuan Masyarakat dengan Edukasi Digital, Parenting, Promosi Skrining IVA, dan Sirkumsisi di Kelurahan Gates Nan XX, Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung Kota Padang

ABSTRAK
Kegiatan Family Oriented Medical Education (FOME) Lapangan Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Andalas di Kelurahan Gates Nan XX, Kecamatan Lubuk Begalung, Kota Padang, mendapatkan beberapa permasalahan prioritas. Permasalahan berupa rendahnya literasi kesehatan reproduksi, kurangnya pemahaman orang tua mengenai penggunaan gadget yang sehat pada anak, rendahnya kesadaran perempuan usia subur untuk melakukan skrining kanker serviks, serta masih perlunya peningkatan pemanfaatan pelayanan sirkumsisi yang dilakukan sesuai standar medis. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi dan kesehatan keluarga melalui edukasi, promosi kesehatan, dan pelayanan kesehatan preventif berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pendekatan pemberdayaan masyarakat yang melibatkan pemerintah kelurahan, kader kesehatan, tenaga kesehatan, dosen, mahasiswa, dan masyarakat sebagai mitra. Intervensi yang dilakukan meliputi edukasi penggunaan gadget yang sehat pada anak (digital parenting), edukasi kesehatan reproduksi dan promosi skrining IVA, serta pelayanan sirkumsisi. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pre-test dan post-test untuk mengukur perubahan pengetahuan peserta. Sebanyak 30 perempuan usia subur mengikuti kegiatan edukasi dan 22 anak mengikuti pelayanan sirkumsisi. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan penggunaan gadget yang sehat pada anak, dengan rata-rata skor meningkat 27,9% dibandingkan sebelum intervensi. Masyarakat juga menunjukkan antusiasme yang tinggi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, ditandai dengan partisipasi aktif dalam sesi tanya jawab saat edukasi. Program pengabdian yang terintegrasi dengan kegiatan FOME mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai kesehatan reproduksi dan pengasuhan digital serta memperluas akses terhadap pelayanan kesehatan preventif.

ABSTRACT
The Family Oriented Medical Education (FOME) field activity conducted by students from the Faculty of Medicine at Andalas University in Gates Nan XX Village, Lubuk Begalung Subdistrict, Padang City, identified several priority issues. These issues include low reproductive health literacy, parents’ lack of understanding regarding healthy gadget use among children, low awareness among women of childbearing age regarding cervical cancer screening, and the continued need to increase the utilization of circumcision services performed in accordance with medical standards. This community service activity aims to improve reproductive health and family health literacy through education, health promotion, and community-based preventive health services. The activities were carried out using a community empowerment approach that involved the sub-district government, health cadres, health workers, faculty members, students, and the community as partners. The interventions included education on healthy gadget use for children (digital parenting), reproductive health education and promotion of IVA screening, as well as circumcision services. An evaluation was conducted using pre-tests and post-tests to measure changes in participants knowledge. A total of 30 women of childbearing age participated in the educational activities, and 22 children received circumcision services. The results of the intervention showed an increase in participants’ knowledge of reproductive health and healthy gadget use among children, with average scores rising by 27.9% compared to pre-intervention levels. The community also demonstrated high enthusiasm during the activities, as evidenced by their active participation in the question-and-answer sessions during the educational sessions. This community service program, integrated with FOME activities, successfully increased the community’s knowledge of reproductive health and digital parenting and expanded access to preventive health services.
