Implementasi Program Sehati dalam Meningkatkan Literasi Kesehatan Reproduksi Perempuan Menopause Disekolah Lansia Muslimat Buntet Pesantren

ABSTRAK
Keterbatasan pengetahuan dapat memengaruhi kesiapan perempuan menghadapi perubahan menopause. Meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi melalui Program SEHATI (Sehat Reproduksi dan Harmoni di Usia Senja) di Sekolah Lansia Muslimat Buntet Pesantren Cirebon. Kegiatan melibatkan 60 perempuan ≥45 tahun dengan edukasi partisipatif melalui pretest, materi interaktif, diskusi, tanya jawab, konsultasi kesehatan, dan posttest. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan frekuensi dan persentase. Sebelum edukasi, pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 43 peserta (71,7%), cukup 12 (20,0%), dan baik 5 (8,3%). Setelah edukasi, pengetahuan kurang menurun menjadi 7 (11,7%), sedangkan cukup meningkat menjadi 18 (30,0%) dan baik menjadi 35 (58,3%). Program SEHATI mendukung peningkatan pengetahuan kesehatan reproduksi melalui pembelajaran interaktif dan partisipatif serta berpotensi diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di Sekolah Lansia dan masyarakat untuk mendukung kemandirian pemeliharaan kesehatan dan healthy ageing perempuan menopause.

ABSTRACT
Limited knowledge may affect women’s readiness to cope with menopausal changes. To improve reproductive health knowledge through the SEHATI (Sehat Reproduksi dan Harmoni di Usia Senja) Program at the Muslimat Buntet Pesantren Elderly School in Cirebon. The program involved 60 women aged ≥45 years using participatory education through a pretest, interactive sessions, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, health consultations, and a posttest. Data were analyzed descriptively using frequencies and percentages. Before education, 43 participants (71.7%) had poor knowledge, 12 (20.0%) moderate, and 5 (8.3%) good knowledge. After education, poor knowledge decreased to 7 (11.7%), while moderate knowledge increased to 18 (30.0%) and good knowledge to 35 (58.3%). The SEHATI Program supports improved reproductive health knowledge through interactive and participatory learning and has potential for sustainable implementation in Elderly Schools and communities to promote health independence and healthy ageing among menopausal women.
