Penerapan Health Belief Model pada Masyarakat Pasca Pandemi Covid 19 di Wilayah Kerja Puskesmas Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRAK

 

Pandemi covid-19 menjadi wabah penyakit dunia termasuk juga Indonesia yang merupakan penyebaran virus berlangsung secara cepat sehingga membuat pemerintah dan pihak-pihak terkait mengambil langkah dan upaya untuk menghentikan dan mengendalikan penyebaran covid-19 tersebut seperti dilakukannya kebijakan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB), vaksinasi covid-19. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan penerapan health belief model (HBM) pada masyarakat pasca pandemi covid 19 di wilayah kerja puskesmas tenayan raya kota pekanbaru, bekerja sama dengan petugas puskesmas dan kader diwilayah kerja puskesmas tenayan raya dengan melibatkan 20 peserta masyarakat. Kegiatan dilakukan dengan megukur terlebih dahulu pengetahuan peserta tentang covid-19 dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 10 daftar pertanyaan, memberikan masker dan hand sanitizer serta memberikan edukasi per individu dengan menggunakan pendekatan health believe model (HBM) dengan harapan agar bener-bener peserta teridentifikasi kemampuannya dengan baik karena pendekatan individual tersebut. Dari penyebaran kuesioner dapat disimpulkan terdapat perbedaan serta peningkatan hasil tingkat pengetahuan peserta sebelum dan sesudah diberikan edukasi dengan pendekatan HBM dari pengetahuan baik 65% setelah post edukasi menjadi pengetahuan baik 85%. Peningkatan pengetahuan yang terjadi pada masyarakat dapat memberikan dampak yang positif terhadap masyarakat salah satunya adalah peningkatan kepercayaan pada masyarakat sehingg penanganan dan informasi seputar covid-19 dapat diterima dengan baik oleh peserta.

ABSTRACT

 

The COVID-19 pandemic has become a world disease outbreak, including Indonesia, which is the rapid spread of the virus, making the government and related parties take steps and efforts to stop and control the spread of COVID-19, such as the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and Adaptation of New Habits (IMR), covid-19 vaccination. This activity aims to implement a health belief model (HBM) in the community after the COVID-19 pandemic in the working area of the Tenayan Raya Public Health Center, Pekanbaru City, in collaboration with Community Health Center officers and cadres in the Tenayan Raya Public Health Center working area by involving 20 community participants. The activity was carried out by first measuring participants' knowledge about COVID-19 by using a questionnaire containing a list of 10 questions, providing masks and hand sanitizers as well as providing individual education using the Health Believe Model (HBM) approach with the hope that the participants' abilities were truly identified by well because of the individual approach. From the distribution of the questionnaires, it can be concluded that there are differences and an increase in the results of the level of knowledge of participants before and after being given education with the HBM approach from 65% good knowledge after post education to 85% good knowledge. Increased knowledge that occurs in the community can have a positive impact on the community, one of which is increasing trust in the community so that the handling and information about COVID-19 can be well received by participants.
