Penguatan Intervensi Edukasi Mobilisasi Pasca Bedah Sesar pada Petugas di Unit Maternal Rs Bhayangkara Tk. 1 Pusdokkes Polri

ABSTRAK

 

Percepatan penyembuhan pasca bedah sesar dipengaruhi berbagai faktor salah satunya pada fase postoperative khususnya mobilisasi. Mobilisasi bertahap pada pasien pasca bedah sesar dilakukan melalui bantuan petugas yang terlatih dan memiliki pengetahuan yang baik. Kegiatan ini memberikan gambaran terkait penguatan intervensi edukasi mobilisasi pasca bedah sesar bagi petugas di unit maternal. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di RS BHAYANGKARA TK. 1 PUSDOKKES POLRI dengan melibatkan 16 petugas kesehatan. Rangkaian kegiatan diantaranya survei, analisis jurnal dan implementasi penguatan intervensi mobilisasi. Sebagian besar responden sudah bekerja lebih dari 10 tahun (62.5%) dan berdasarkan kuesioner pengetahuan didapatkan peningkatan rerata skor sebanyak 20 poin. Perawat yang memiliki pengetahuan yang baik akan melakukan intervensi optimal pada pasien. Mobilisasi bertahap diharapkan dilakukan oleh seluruh petugas untuk mempercepat penyembuhan pasien pasca bedah sesar.

ABSTRACT

 

Enhanced recovery after cesarean section is influenced by various factors such us postoperative phase particularly mobilization. Gradually mobilization in post cesarean section would need the role of competence and well-educated healthcare provider. This event gave representation of strengthening education of mobilization in post cesarean section healthcare provider on maternal ward. Conducted in BHAYANGKARA TK. 1 PUSDOKKES POLRI, we involved 16 healthcare providers. The event series are such as survey, journal analysis and implementation. Most of respondents have been working for more than 10 years (62.5%) and regarding to questionnaire, there are 20 points increasing score of knowledge about mobilization. Nurses had good knowledge will provide optimum intervention to patients. Healthcare provider should provide gradually mobilization for enhanced recovery after cesarean section.
