Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Visioner terhadap Kreativitas Karyawan sebagai peluang penelitian dimasa datang: Analisis Variabel Mediasi dan Moderasi melalui Tinjauan Literatur Sistematis

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner terhadap kreativitas karyawan melalui variabel mediasi dan moderasi. Melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai artikel jurnal yang relevan dari database Google Scholar, Scopus, Web of Science, Semantic Scholar, PubMed, Open Alex dan Crossref melalui Aplikasi Publish or Perish (PoP) versi 8.12 yang diterbitkan sejak tahun 2014 atau 10 tahun terakhir. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya 3 variabel mediasi dan 1 variabel moderasi yang mempengaruhi hubungan antara kepemimpinan visioner dan kreativitas karyawan. Temuan ini menyoroti masih sangat sedikit sekali penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan visioner dalam meningkatkan kreativitas karyawan. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengungkapkan bahwa variabel mediasi dan moderasi dapat berperan dalam konteks yang berbeda. Oleh karena itu, penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk memahami lebih dalam bagaimana variabel-variabel ini berinteraksi dalam berbagai jenis organisasi dan sektor industri yang berbeda. Kesimpulan dari tinjauan literatur ini kepemimpinan visioner memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan kreativitas karyawan, tetapi memerlukan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang konteks organisasi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi hubungan ini. Penelitian lebih lanjut dan penerapan praktik-praktik terbaik dalam kepemimpinan visioner akan sangat penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan jangka panjang dalam berbagai sektor industri.
