PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP LOCUS OF CONTROL KARYAWAN
Abstrak
Salah satu faktor yang berpengaruh pada kesuksesan sebuah perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuan adalah tingkat komitmen yang dimiliki oleh karyawan terhadap perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menyelidiki dampak komitmen organisasi terhadap locus of control kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 114 responden yang sudah bekerja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert, sedangkan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling. Untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel Komitmen Organisasi (X) dan Locus of control (Y), digunakan analisis regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan antara locus of control dan komitmen organisasi sebesar 14%, sementara 86% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar lingkup penelitian. Kesimpulan ini memberikan pemahaman lebih lanjut tentang pentingnya komitmen organisasi dalam membentuk pola pikir karyawan terhadap kontrol diri dan lingkungan sekitarnya.

Abstract
One factor that influences the success of a company in achieving its goals is the level of commitment that employees have towards the company. The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational commitment on employees' locus of control and job satisfaction. The research was conducted by collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires to 114 working respondents. The data collection method employed in this research used Likert scale questionnaires, while the samples were taken using purposive sampling techniques. Simple regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the Locus of control variable (Y) and Organizational Commitment (X). The research findings indicate a significant influence between adversity quotient and organizational commitment by 14%, while 86% is influenced by factors outside the scope of the study. This conclusion provides further understanding of the importance of organizational commitment in shaping employees' mindsets towards self-control and their surrounding environment.
