Pengaruh Penerapan Work From Home Dan E-Learning Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Melalui Motivasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Lingkup Kanwil Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan

Upaya pemerintah dalam mengatasi penyebaran virus covid 19 berdampak pada perubahan tatanan kehidupan sosial di Indonesia. Hal ini berpengaruh dengan pola interaksi sosial pada setiap organisasi yang ada. Begitu pula pada Ditjen Perbendaharaan yang menerapkan perubahan sistem kerja berupa bekerja dari rumah (work from home) dan sistem pengembangan kompetensi melalui metode e-learning. Perubahan sistem tersebut dapat berdampak pada motivasi dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh penerapan work from home dan e-learning terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan motivasi sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menyebarkar kuesioner kepada 112 responden. Analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan work from home dan e-learning berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap motivasi dan kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi bersifat mediasi parsial dalam memediasi pengaruh penerapan work from home dan e-learning terhadap kinerja pegawai
