HUBUNGAN KUALITAS TIDUR DAN GEJALA GANGGUAN MENTAL
Abstrak
Kesehatan mental menjadi perhatian bagi berbagai pihak. Namun, gejala gangguan mental seperti depresi dan kecemasan rentan dialami oleh mahasiswa karena adanya stres yang tidak ditangani dengan tepat. Kualitas tidur memiliki efek terhadap kesehatan mental mahasiswa, yang tidak berkualitas dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan mengalami gejala gangguan mental. Studi ini berfokus pada hubungan kualitas tidur dan gejala gangguan mental pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasional pearson dan spearman. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas tidur dengan depresi, kecemasan, dan stres. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar pengembangan intervensi yang lebih efektif dalam mendukung kesehatan mental mahasiswa. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menyadarkan kembali mahasiswa bahwa kualitas tidur merupakan hal yang penting untuk mengurangi kecenderungan mengalami gejala gangguan mental.

Abstract
Mental health is a concern for many parties. However, symptoms of mental disorders such as depression and anxiety are prone to be experienced by students due to stress that is not handled properly. Sleep quality affects students' mental health, which can increase the tendency to experience symptoms of mental disorders. This study focuses on the relationship between sleep quality and symptoms of mental disorders in students. This study uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. This study uses Pearson and Spearman correlational analysis. The findings of this study indicate a significant relationship between sleep quality and depression, anxiety, and stress. This study is expected to be the basis for developing more effective interventions supporting students' mental health. This study is expected to re-awaken students to the fact that sleep quality is important to reduce the tendency to experience symptoms of mental disorders.
