“SAYA MAMPU BANGKIT KEMBALI!!”

Abstract
Exposure to covid-19 along with the loss of parents is the worst condition for some individuals who experience it. Adjusting to a normal life after quarantine requires extra effort to get up and maintain mental health. One of the keys to a normal life is the ability to contingency. The study was intended to bring to light the sad experiences and consequences of referring to survivors of Covid-19 who had lost parents during the pandemic. Researchers are using qualitative approaches to the phenomenon with three respondents, 18 - and 22 years old Covid-19 survivors who lost one parent. The data collection technique used was semi-structural interviews and observations. Data is analyzed using a technical description with a time-triangulation test of credibility. The research suggests that the three respondents were able to go through the grief and endure, because they have increased capability that is supported by caring relationship factors, high expectation messages, and opportunities for participation and contribution. The research implications are especially for counselors who assist individuals who are experiencing grief with complexity of the cause.
