WORK LIFE BALANCE DAN KEPUASAN KERJA DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING PADA ANGGOTA POLISI WANITA

Abstrak

Permasalahan yang sering terjadi pada Polwan antara lain stress kerja, beban kerja, kesejahteraan subjektif hingga psychological well-being. Bekerja pada lingkungan yang banyak masalah akan mempengaruhi psychological well-being seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara bersamaan antara work-life balance dan kepuasan kerja dengan psychological well-being. Subjek penelitian 102 Anggota Polwan di Polres X dengan kriteria sudah menikah dan memiliki anak. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala psychological well-being, skala work life balance dan skala kepuasan kerja berjenis skala Likert. Analisa data menggunakan teknik regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahaw terdapat pengaruh work life balance dan kepuasan kerja terhadap psychological well-being. Sumbangan efektif dari work life balance dan kepuasan kerja dalam memprediksi psychological well-being adalah sebesar 59,8%. Individu yang mampu menyeimbangkan urusan pribadi dan pekerjaan serta merasakan kepuasan terhadap pekerjaannya, maka menjadi produktif dan optimal dalam menjalani hari sehingga dapat terhindar dari masalah psikologis dan memiliki kehidupan yang sejahtera.

Abstract

Problems that often occur in policewomen include work stress, workload, subjective well-being to psychological well-being, working in a less than ideal environment will affect a person's psychological well-being. This study aims to determine the simultaneous relationship between work-life balance and job satisfaction with psychological well-being. The research subjects were 102 Polwan members at Polres X with the criteria that they were married and had children. The measuring instrument used is a psychological well-being scale, a work life balance scale and a work satisfaction scale of the Likert scale type. Data analysis using multiple linear regression technique. The results showed that there was a relationship between work life balance and job satisfaction with psychological well-being. The effective contribution of work life balance and job satisfaction in predicting psychological well-being is 59.8%. Individuals who are able to balance personal and work affairs and feel satisfaction with their work, then become productive and optimal in living the day so that they can avoid psychological problems and have a prosperous life.
